Download the latest source release: recoil-6.4.5.tar.gz or browse Git repository.
RECOIL is based on a development library, which you can easily embed in your program. It's not only a fully portable C library - it's better than that. Since RECOIL is written in Fusion, it is also available as pure C++, Java, C# and JavaScript.
There are also Python bindings.
